1. The event is subject to license. The organisers reserve the right to change the film being shown without notice.
2. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or expel any person or group that is acting in a manner which is deemed unsafe by the marshals.
3. Bag searches may be requested at the gate at the discretion of the marshals.
4. All requests by the event marshals must be complied with.
5. Due to the nature of the event, please be aware that there could be elements of the film at loud volume and the film could contain flashing lights or images. Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
6. The film shown will be rated no higher than the BBFC ‘PG’ (Parental Guidance) rating. By purchasing a child ticket, you confirm that you have had regard to the BBFC guidance for a PG film:
“PG-rated content is suitable for general viewing. A PG should generally not unsettle a child aged around eight, although parents and caregivers should be aware that some scenes may be unsuitable for more sensitive children”.
7. There is parking at the event, however once full ticket holders will need to find alternative parking and must not park illegally, or block access to local properties, or amenities.
8. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event if weather conditions are deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the event run, or due to circumstances beyond their control.
9. Requests for ticket refunds, owing to cancellation or postponement of the event, must be made prior to, or no later than fourteen (14) days after the date the event was scheduled to occur.
10. Fees from the charity's ticket & payment partners, incurred at the point of sale and included in the ticket price, are non-refundable.
11. Any refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the charity's trustees. Refunds approved by the charity's trustees will be processed the next working day after the charity's trustees have approved the request. It will take up to five (5) working days for funds to be received. Refunds will only be processed back to the same card used for ticket purchase, in order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
