Wadhurst Christmas Quiz Night

Essential Info

• Timings: Doors open at 18:30, the quiz starts at 19:30, and the bar closes by 22:00.

• Tickets: No need to print your tickets. We can scan them from your phone.

• Teams: Up to 8 people per table. If your group is booking separately, let us know at checkout who you’d like to sit with. Don’t worry if you don’t have 8, as we’ll make up teams on the night so everyone can play!

• Age: Under-18s are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult who is also attending.

• Cheese & Wine: Each table gets a cheeseboard and two bottles of complimentary wine. There’s also a paid bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

• Allergies: Cheeseboards may contain milk, nuts, gluten and sulphites. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please let us know when booking or at least 7 days before the event.

• Food & Drink: Please don’t bring hot food or alcohol into the event.

• No Phones During Rounds: Phones, smartwatches and other internet-connected devices must not be used during rounds. Teams caught using them may be disqualified.

• Quizmaster’s Word is Final: All decisions on answers, scores and tie-breaks rest with the quizmaster.

• Behaviour: The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or disruptive. No refund will be given.

• Refunds: Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that sometimes things happen or plans change. The Charity’s trustees may, at their absolute discretion, offer a refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
