Essential Info

• Valid Ticket Required: Bring your ticket on a mobile device or as a paper copy. On-the-night tickets are subject to availability.

• Banned Items: Do not bring fireworks, sparklers, alcohol, open flames, weapons, illegal substances, drones, laser pointers, or glass containers.

• Search Policy: Security searches of bags and persons may be carried out at the gate. Refusal may result in denied entry.

• Behaviour: The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or expel anyone who acts inappropriately, appears under the influence, possesses prohibited items, or ignores safety instructions.

• Child Supervision: All minors must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• No Pets: Animals are strictly prohibited, except for registered assistance dogs.

• No Parking: There is no event parking. Please park further away and walk.

• Dress Appropriately: Wear suitable footwear and warm clothing.

• Loud Noises & Smoke: Expect loud fireworks and smoke. Hearing protection is highly recommended, especially for young children.

• Refunds: Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that sometimes things happen or plans change. The Charity's trustees may, at their absolute discretion, offer a refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

• Weather: The event may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are deemed unsafe for the fireworks display. If the event is cancelled, or if it is rescheduled and you cannot make the new date, you can also request a refund.
